Who We´re Looking For:
The Chief Talent Development Architect – a level 5 leader who will develop future level 5 leaders with Excellence, Purpose & Performance.

What You´ll Do:
- Bring the Zátiší 2.0 vision to life by strengthening level 5 leadership and collaboration across business units.
- Redefine how we work with people – from hiring, casting & development based on strengths to Purpose and Performance.
- Work closely with the CEO on all strategic people decisions helping Zatisi go from „Good to Great".
