Who We’re Looking For

Chief Data Technology Architect – a pragmatic leader who combines strategic architecture with disciplined delivery to elevate what we already have.

Someone who:

• quickly understands operational reality and defines clear priorities
• ​builds a pragmatic roadmap of digital use cases and ensures completion — not just initiation
• balances innovation with reliability, focusing on the most impactful solutions across our technology landscape
• influences cross-functionally, aligning stakeholders around one realistic, shared roadmap

What You’ll Do

Design and execute an end-to-end architecture across our rich system landscape (ERP, POS, CRM, e-commerce, and workforce platforms).

• ​Create a coherent data backbone and introduce AI and automation where it creates measurable business value.
• Simplify operational workflows across restaurants, canteens, schools, and catering by reducing manual work and fragmented processes.
• Build & lead a lean internal tech function, driving API-first integration and data unification.
